When scheduling your appointment, we reserve a room and staff for you during the time necessary to complete your treatment. We understand the importance of your time, and we strive to admit you within five minutes of your scheduled appointment.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time. Additionally, if you are running more than 10 minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule to ensure that we can dedicate the required amount of time to successfully complete your procedure while also staying on schedule for other patients.

During your appointment we will walk through each detail of your treatment plan, discuss all fees associated with your treatments, present payment options and answer any questions you may have.

We accept cash, checks, debit cards and all major credit cards. Our office will happily file insurance claim on your behalf and provide pre-estimates for all treatments. PPO Providers we accept include Ameritas Plus, Cigna, Delta Dental, MetLife, United Concordia and United Health Care. We also offer payment plans through CareCredit.

Dental Anxiety

It is not uncommon to feel anxious about going to the dentist, whether for a routine checkup or to have an issue resolved. Our staff genuinely cares about you and how you are feeling. We will do our best to ensure that you are comfortable prior to, during and after any treatment or procedure. Dr. Siachos has a very gentle chairside manner. As someone who has suffered from anxiety his entire life, Dr. Siachos understands anxiety and is proud to have cured many patients of their dental anxiety over the years.

If necessary, oral sedation or nitrous oxide can be used to calm nervous patients. For those who need oral medications prior to and/or during your visit, please notify our office in advance.



Whether your emergency occurs during or after office hours, we will work to address your emergency as quickly as possible. Please call our main number at 864-271-9582 and we will determine the best course of action.

Are you taking new patients?

What do I need to do to have my records transferred from my former dentist’s office?

You can request your records from your previous dentist. If you prefer, we are also happy to request them on your behalf, simply complete and submit this form. In some instances, the dentist will require release forms signed by the patient

What can I expect when I come in for my first appointment?

A typical first visit consists of a hygiene appointment with diagnostic x-rays and a dental examination from Dr. Siachos. That way we can get to know you, your treatment needs and your dental expectations.

Will you see new patients for emergencies without a hygiene appointment?

We don’t ever want someone to be in pain, so if you find yourself with a dental emergency, we will treat the issue at hand during normal office hours and then schedule another appointment for routine exam and hygiene visit. New patients will not be treated for an emergency outside of normal office hours.

Do you accept pediatric patients?

Yes, we will treat anyone over the age of three.

Can I schedule multiple members of my family for one appointment time?

Yes, we can block off enough time to see multiple family members at one or we can do back-to-back appointments, whichever you prefer.

What type of system do you use for teeth whitening?

We use Opalescence Boost In-office Teeth Whitening System, and we make custom bleaching trays using Perfecta Bravo 9% Hydrogen Peroxide gel.

Do you offer Invisalign?

We do not currently offer Invisalign, but we are happy to recommend a provider to you.

Will you work with my child’s orthodontist to ensure a smooth transition for treatment in preparation for and during the time they have braces?

We always maintain constant contact with all specialists to ensure our patient is well taken care of.

Do you take insurance? Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we accept Ameritas Plus, Cigna, Delta Dental, MetLife, United Concordia and United Health Care. We also accept payment through CareCredit.

What are your Covid policies?

Our Covid policies are ever-changing due to the fluid recommendations from DHEC, whose regulations we follow. We also use Simply Sterile bi-monthly to sterilize the entire office from floor to ceiling.

Can I make a payment online?

Yes, you may login and make a payment through Best Card. Your login information will be provided to you at your appointment. If you do not have your login information, please email and we will send it to you.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide the highest level of dental care to each of our patients. When an appointment is scheduled for you, we set aside a certain amount of time for our team to complete your dental treatment.

We will make every effort to confirm your appointment with texts, emails and phone calls. When you receive these messages, please respond and confirm your appointment time. If you must cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. This will enable another patient who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that time slot.

If you miss your appointment or if you cancel with less than 24 hour notice you will be charged a $25 for an appointment with the hygienist and $50 for an appointment with the doctor. The fee may be higher depending on the amount of time set aside for your appointment. This fee cannot be billed to your insurance company and it must be paid prior to your next appointment. No future appointments can be scheduled, and no records may be transferred until this fee has been paid.

Additionally, if a patient is more than 10 minutes late for an appointment without prior notice, we will consider this a missed appointment and the $25 cancellation fee will be charged.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occur, but we do expect the courtesy of a phone call. We firmly believe that good doctor/patient relationship is based upon mutual respect and communication. We value our patients and appreciate your understanding.
